I know that when you first start to learn about femininity it can all feel a little overwhelming. There’s a lot of information out there (on this website alone there are over 400 articles on life as a woman!) and it’s hard to know where to begin.
Your femininity is such a part of you that it affects every single part of your life. Your relationship with yourself, your relationships with others, your business life, your personal life…you name it, your femininity plays a part in it.
…and it’s not just about your femininity, its about finding the balance between the femininity and masculinity that every one of us has inside us, that is right for you. Discovering your own personal blend, what it feels like for you and what your unique expression of it looks like.
It’s about discovering the power in embracing your femininity while still being true to yourself, in a way that works for your life.
So in order to make it as easy as possible for you, I wanted to give you what I didn’t have when I began my journey – a guide to take you through step-by-step.
Somewhere you can come to feel like you’re not alone, that you’re not fumbling around in the dark not knowing where to look to find the answers your looking for. Help from someone who has been where you are, who knows how it feels, who’s made the mistakes and learned the lessons…and who wants to provide you with the short cuts to make this journey as fun, and exciting as possible.
So this section of the site is designed to help you to find and work your way through the best and most important articles on the site to help you on your way…including the recommended article relating to Femininity and Masculinity, Relationships, Friendship, Business / Work, Your Relationship with yourself, Body Image and Emotions as well as links to interviews that you might find helpful and interesting.
Each step is shown in the menu on the left hand side of this page, you simply begin at the top and work your way down, step-by-step.
My advice as you work through each step is to take it as just that…a step at a time. Go through them at the pace that is right for you, if you want to do a step each day, each week, or each month….or if you want to dive in and read them all, then feel free to do that too! Be gentle with yourself, and take the pressure off.
The easiest way to do this is to find a little slot in your calendar (whether it’s each day, each week or each month) and set it aside as “You Time” that you arrange things around. Then when the reminder pops up to tell you that it’s time for you, grab a cup of your favourite drink, turn your phone onto silent, switch off facebook, twitter and email and give yourself the gift of this time.
