Have you had that feeling of being tired, uninspired, drained, dreading going to work in the morning?
If you have, I know exactly how you feel, because I was there once myself. Working in a job that I once enjoyed, feeling uninspired, unappreciated and unfulfilled.
I was working in a cut-throat, competitive, masculine environment surrounded by people who would do anything to get to the top.
…and I was miserable.
Have you been in a job where you think ‘there must be more to life than this’?
Fast forward to today, and my work is more fulfilling than all the other jobs I’ve done put together.
So when I was asked to take part in my first ever television interview by two fabulous women, Ania and Lieanne, one of the first things they wanted to know about was why so many women are feeling depleted, drained and unfulfilled at work…
…and more importantly what they could do to change it.
Do I have to change my job to stop feeling this way?
It could be more to do with how you’re approaching your job than the work that you’re actually doing or the company that you work for.
So in the first part of this interview I share all about the masculine and feminine approaches to success in business, why women are feeling like this and what they can do to change it.
Watch the video now to find out how you can change this too:
So how do you approach your job?
If you’re feeling like this, the first thing to ask yourself is ‘how are you approaching your job’?
Are you taking the more masculine, competitive approach, or are you using all of your attributes including your feminine to feel more balanced, to feel more like the real you and to perform even better?
I’d like to invite you to ask yourself, what is one thing you could change this week that might help you to approach your job in a more feminine way?
…and next week I’ll be sharing part 2 of the interview, which is all about relationships, why we’re struggling with them so much and I answer the question “How can you release the wild tiger in your man?”
