So what exactly is feminine leadership?

Claire Brummell, Feminine 1stIt has to be said that wherever I go in the world, whenever someone asks about my business, it always prompts conversation….and normally it prompts questions. One question that I hear regularly is “What is Feminine Leadership?”  People want to know what it looks like, how it differs from masculine leadership, even if it is possible to be a feminine leader! So I’m here to let you know that it is absolutely possible to be a feminine leader (I consider myself one)…and also to give you a bit of insight as to what feminine leadership looks like.  Having come all the way to San Diego for a conference on leadership, it feels like the best time to talk about this! So what does feminine leadership look like?  Watch the video to find out:

So the question then becomes…what does YOUR feminine leadership look like?  We discussed last week that your femininity is as unique as you are…and your feminine leadership is no different..  So this week I invite you to have a play with the 8 aspects of the feminine in relation to leadership and find out what they look, sound and feel like for you. In doing so, its important to remember that leadership doesn’t mean heading up a company or a movement, it just means someone who is followed by others (and remember this following doesn’t need to happen at all times!)…this could be in your family, your friends, even learning to lead yourself.  We are all leaders if we choose to live in a way that can be an example to others. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this and also any questions that you might have, so please leave me a comment below to share your thoughts… Wishing you an amazing week, Stay Fabulous! Claire x

    Dear Claire,
    I loved this!

It comes at a perfect time too as we all learn to nurture who we really are and move into leading from a space of passion and purpose rather than fear, power struggles and competition.
    Thank You so much,
    Enjoy the USA! GX

It can sometimes be challenging, and we can always use the masculine traits at times where it best serves us and those around us…but it’s always good to come back to what is most natural for us x
