In our day-to-day lives we tend to get a little dominated by logic.
With so much to do and so much going on you can understand why.
We need to use our powers of logic and organisation in action in order to feel that we can manage it all.
But when we’re logic takes over our lives, we can end up losing a part of ourselves that can be important for connecting with our femininity.
Let’s get creative…
We’ve all heard about the left-brain and right-brain.
The left-brain is all about logic, language, numbers and reasoning.
…and it’s not surprising that this is the side that often ends up taking over. We feel that we need to logically work out how to get everything done.
But the left side of the brain is the one that is more closely associated with the masculine elements inside us, rather than the feminine.
Do you allow yourself to get creative?
It’s not surprising then that the right side of the brain is more associated with the feminine elements…connecting with and expressing our emotions, creativity, colour, intuition and music.
…and today I want to share with you some ideas and suggestions for how to get creative with your unique femininity formula.
Once you’ve watched the video, scroll down because I want to share with you my own personal experience of the battle between the left and right brain…and how I found away to overcome it…
