The Feminine Way to Business Success – The Balance of Work & Play in Business – Day 3 of the Youtube Challenge

Day 3 of the Youtube challenge!

We all know now how important balance is between the masculine and feminine, but it’s also so important to find the balance between your work and play as well.  So today I talk about the work life balance and how you can bring play into your work…and the right element of work into your play (trust me, it’s a good thing!) to get the best of both worlds.

So where are you on the scale of work life balance? Do you need a little more work? Do you need a lot more play? What are you going to do to get a better balance?

I’d love to hear your thoughts, so leave me a comment below, drop me a message on facebook or tweet me “@Feminine1st”.

Looking forward to sharing tomorrow’s tip…

In the meantime, Stay Fabulous!

Balance is coming over loud and clear and I’m someone who needs reminded of this especially during the week. I’m great at weekends but do tend to work those long hours during the week. Stopping that is one of my intentions for this year so I am working on it. Another great video.

A gold nugget of a vlog! Lots of information delivered in a fluid and easy to listen way! I love the advice of ‘put a little play in your work and a little work in your play’ in order to create balance. I have to admit my balance right now is totally whack! I have way too much work and not enough play! I intend to change that by one, starting a fun Zumba class with my mum – so it will be a combination of fun time and quality time! And since I love dancing this will indeed enhance my feminine side! Thank for for a great vid Claire.

Thanks Claire for a great reminder that life needs balance. Like ying and yang, work and play go together. This probably explains why I’ve been laid low all week. But as soon as my energy’s back I’ll dance to ‘Move like Jagger’ and make sure there’s more of that kind of stuff in my working day.
